Tracy Watts is an entrepreneur and founding Partner of The MightyGroup. Established in 2002 the advertising and PR agency received the 2017 Small Business of the Year Award from the Alamo City Black Chamber of Commerce and was recognized in 2015 by San Antonio for Growth on the Eastside (SAGE), with the “Best Business Role Model Award.” Dedicated to utilizing media to create awareness and cultivate communities, Tracy served as Marketing and Communications Director for the firm.
Tracy is also a founding Partner of DreamVoice, which hosts DreamWeek; a city-wide summit that creates an open forum for advancing the voices of tolerance, equality, and diversity. Originally a native of Illinois, she received her Master of Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2016 and is currently focused on higher education initiatives as a Grant Director at St. Philip’s College. Tracy serves on the boards of the San Antonio African American Area Community Fund and the San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum.
