Tracie Shelton
Tracie Shelton is a dedicated community leader and entrepreneur who leverages her extensive background to design growth-oriented solutions for organizations and early-career talent. Driven by a deep passion for serving others, Tracie founded Alamo Kitchens in 2018. What began as a certified commercial kitchen for food-focused entrepreneurs has since expanded to offer comprehensive catering, training, and food education services. Building on this mission, she launched The Community Table Foundation in 2023, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting communities through targeted food security and education initiatives. Ms. Shelton holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Southwestern University, where she currently serves on the Board of Visitors. A committed advocate for her local community, Tracie is a board member of the Food Policy Council of San Antonio and serves as a Board Trustee for the North East Independent School District, representing District 2. Outside of her professional endeavors, Tracie enjoys testing new recipes, reading hardcover books, watching Columbo, and playing Uno with her three children.
