Kit Mason, Accenture, HR Business Partner Senior Manager
Kit Mason has been with Accenture over 20 years and is currently the HR Business Partner Sr. Manager for the San Antonio and St. Louis Advance Technology Center (ATC). In addition to her role as HR Business Partner, Kit is also the Executive Sponsor for the African American Employee Resource Group and the Inclusion & Diversity Champion for the ATC. Kit is also a Certified Organization & Leadership Coach, and she provides professional coaching to individuals within and outside of the organization.
Kit started her Accenture career in 1998 out of the Overland Park Kansas office where she is originally from. Kit relocated to the Chicagoland area in 1999 working out of the Accenture HR Service Center. Over the years Kit has helped to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiencies of various Human Resource Departments. Kit has extensive knowledge and experience in career development, coaching, employee relations, learning and talent development, performance management and strategic planning. After 18 ½ years in the Chicago area, Kit relocated to San Antonio in 2018.
